Cancellation conditions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email) or communicated by telephone.

The following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:

- If you have cancellation insurance, you may cancel your reservation free of charge in accordance with your insurance policy conditions.

- If you cancel without a valid reason, or if the guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the full reservation amount remains payable to the property owner.

Cancellations must be submitted no later than 30 days before the arrival date. In this case, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
